This is a fantastic Coratina oil that is bold, balanced, and robust. It is quite aromatic with a wonderful herbal and fruity bouquet. This lot was harvested in early December 2017 in the Puglia Region of Italy and has a wonderful robust and fruity taste with a light bitter aftertaste. Aroma is a fresh scent of grass and green leaves. The color is deep green with golden reflex.
